At our core, we are a small group of women who discovered the thrill of hockey later in life. We all came from different walks of life, but we found something in common on the ice—a shared passion for the sport, a drive to challenge ourselves, and a fierce commitment to teamwork. We didn’t grow up playing hockey, but as soon as we put on skates and picked up a stick, we knew this was something special.

We met each other while playing in local league, and over time, we became more than just teammates—we became a sisterhood. It was during our summer league when we decided to create a logo for our team, different from the usual logos—something that would represent not just our love for hockey, but also the incredible power of women who are breaking barriers and rewriting the rules.

Our logo, designed by one of our founder’s husbands, draws inspiration from the iconic “Rosie the Riveter” image. Just like Rosie, we wanted our logo to represent resilience, empowerment, and the undeniable strength of women. It’s more than just a design—it’s a statement. A symbol of women who are fearless, strong, and unapologetically passionate about what they love.

After creating this emblem of empowerment, we knew we couldn’t keep it to ourselves. We wanted to share it with the broader hockey community—especially women who, like us, are learning, growing, and thriving in a sport that is traditionally played by young people. That’s when we decided to create a line of hoodies featuring our powerful logo.
